The project is on a land with an area of about 1900 square meters in ten plots of 185 meters at the beginning of the Yerevan-Tbilisi highway In each plot of land about 185 meters, a villa house with an area of about 90 meters on each floor will be built on two floors with a total area of about 180 square meters. The plan of the yard and each floor is as described in the appendix.

Necessary building permits have been obtained from legal authorities (municipality and engineering system).
